However, in the actual production and processing process, since the raw materials, anti-static agents and flame-retardants are three different materials, they have significant differences in melting point and melting time. There will also be some chemical reactions between the materials, and the mixing ratio also has strict requirements. Therefore, the process is extremely complex and difficult to control, and the finished products often have problems such as incomplete dissolution of additives, crystalline substances on the surface of the sheet, sand holes, and air pores. The yield is extremely low, and the waste is extremely serious, becoming a common problem for many enterprises in the industry.
